Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and finalize customer and vendor contracts
- Negotiate contract terms and manage redlines on behalf of the company
- Organize, track, and maintain agreements in CRM and CLM systems
- Respond to contract-related inquiries from internal teams and customers
- Develop and implement contract management processes and templates
- Manage CLM workflows and repository organization
- Maintain and update contract templates and related documentation
- Support other legal and compliance tasks as needed
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Law-related certification or paralegal/legal operations training preferred
