At Quantum Metric we understand that we have a role to play in improving representation at our company and in the industry. Here are a few of our programs and initiatives:  

• Employee Resource Groups 
  • AANHPI (Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islanders)
    • Our goal is to create a more inclusive workplace by celebrating, empowering and increasing visibility of AANHPI employees through education, support, and collaboration. We hope to build a sense of community across employees through shared identities and experiences, and focus on retention and satisfaction among AANHPI individuals at QM.
  • Minds Matter 
    • We are seeking to change the way mental health is perceived and treated in society - to end the stigma and break discrimination. Our vision is to come together and learn from one another to create an environment of support and to promote positive mental health while at work and at home. 
  • Pride
    • This community was designed to celebrate the LGBTQIA members of our team. Here, members of the Pride community and their allies work together to spread cultural awareness, learn, and grow. The group hosted some impactful activities during Pride month (Drag Queen Bingo, A guest speaker discussing inclusion in the workplace, and Employee Spotlights, to name a few) and they are just getting started. 
  • QM Parents 
    • A community of working parents coming together to help support, collaborate with, and advocate for those with kids at QM. We will be organizing activities like virtual storytime this summer, discussing parenting topics, helping our People Team keep a pulse on working parents, and sharing testimonials about what it’s like to be a mom or dad at QM.
  • QM Women 
    • Women's Resource Group dedicated to helping women feel supported at our company. This Employee Resource Group is open to all women and allies. We aim to empower the females of Quantum Metric through mentorship, educational sessions, networking, and events - all while creating a safe and inclusive community.
  • We Are Black 
    • Our goal is to curate an environment that will help bridge the gap between Black employees at QM and our allies. This QMUnity will be a safe space for both members and allies to fellowship, share perspectives and most importantly to learn.
  • Young Professionals
    • A group dedicated to those of us who are young professionals or are new to the tech space! Our goal is to build community, cultivate learning, and advocate for QM employees who are just getting started in their careers. Coming soon: our QM mentorship program!
      
      
• Coming Soon: Guest Speaker's Series - We've had several special guest speakers for Black History Month, Pride Month, & Juneteenth, and we are developing a speaker series so these informative sessions will be ongoing!
  
  
• Connection via Slack Channels - no matter what you enjoy doing, there’s a slack channel for that. We share funny moments with our pets, favorite recipes, great hiking/biking trails, and more!
