Skills
- Strong Python development and scripting skills
- Containerization and orchestration experience (Docker, Podman, Kubernetes)
- Experience with one or more public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, and core IT service integration
- Experience with monitoring platforms (Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus) and metrics collection
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps toolchains
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure automation tooling integrated with enterprise and custom services
- Develop and support Python-based infrastructure integration and orchestration code
- Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Docker/Podman and Kubernetes
- Build and maintain monitoring, metrics, and reporting systems emphasizing actionable alerts and dashboards
- Integrate AI enhancements into infrastructure workflows and MCPs to improve automation and remediation
- Collaborate with cloud, security, and networking teams to ensure reliable, secure operations
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and DevSecOps practices
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR equivalent practical experience
- Relevant industry certifications (preferred) such as AWS/Azure/GCP, RHCE, or Kubernetes certifications
