Field Operations Specialist

RAPP, part of Omnicom’s Precision Marketing Group, is a global precision marketing agency seeking a Field Operations Specialist to manage OEM automotive fixed-ops clients across an assigned territory. The role focuses on in-person dealership consultations, client satisfaction, retention, marketing performance improvements, and selling new solutions while working closely with OEM field reps and internal teams.

Skills

  • Automotive or marketing industry experience (dealer-facing)
  • Client-facing consultation and presentation skills
  • Data analysis to identify marketing performance improvements
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and common office tools (Excel, Word, Email)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Consultative sales and retention strategy experience
  • Comfortable with significant travel (up to 75%) and overnight stays

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing dealer clients
  • Conduct up to three one-hour in-person dealership consultations daily, delivering data analysis and recommendations on creative, offers, and cadence
  • Coordinate with OEM field representatives and facilitate joint consultations
  • Analyze client performance and identify KPI-driven opportunities for improvement in fixed operations
  • Manage retention, product penetration, and growth of assigned dealerships; achieve assigned sales and retention targets
  • Enroll new orders for retention programs and custom campaigns and handle billing questions
  • Document and distribute contact reports daily to dealerships and OEM field personnel
  • Maintain dealer contacts and activity records in Salesforce and communicate program changes to account teams
  • Serve as advocate and liaison for dealers; manage customer issues and conflict resolution

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive-related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Relevant professional training or certifications preferred
