This role offers a competitive base pay of $18/hour, plus uncapped commission and bonus incentives. Average performers earn an additional $500 per paycheck, with top performers reaching $70,000–$90,000+ annually.

Represent the Rite Window brand at local retail stores and community events
Engage customers face-to-face and promote our home improvement solutions
Schedule appointments for our design and installation experts
Receive ongoing coaching to develop your sales and communication skills
Help homeowners take the first step toward transforming their spaces
1–2 years in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, service, or sales) preferred—but we welcome motivated beginners
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A results-driven mindset with the drive to meet and exceed goals
A coachable attitude and a passion for learning
Availability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday), plus some weekday flexibility
Reliable transportation for travel to events within the region
