Join Resultant as a Help Desk Specialist in Lafayette, IN, providing exceptional tier 1 support and helping clients overcome technical challenges while working in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities: Offer outstanding tier 1 support to clients, escalate issues as necessary, prepare hardware, maintain customer documentation, monitor alerts, and work collaboratively with teams.
Skills: Minimum 1 year in IT support, excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to explain technical issues to diverse backgrounds, and coordination with vendors.
Qualifications: Experience in desktop support or similar role, willingness for on-call rotation, ability to work in a hybrid schedule, and reside near Lafayette, IN.
Location: Hybrid role based in Lafayette, Indiana, with monthly travel to Indianapolis, IN for team meetings.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $40,000 - $55,000.
