Junior .Net Full Stack Developer

About The Role:

We’re looking for a .NET Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in building scalable and secure software solutions. In this role, you’ll work alongside senior developers to contribute to the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications across our healthcare technology platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving real-world problems, writing clean code, and working across the full stack in a fast-paced, collaborative environment using the Microsoft stack and Azure cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust full-stack applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web APIs, and Azure services.
• Collaborate with team members to design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions based on project requirements.
• Build and integrate Microservices as per the defined architecture, following best practices in API design and service communication.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and development processes.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps to support smooth project execution.
• Contribute to continuous integration and deployment processes (CI/CD) to improve development and release efficiency.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation and following standard development guidelines.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose improvements where applicable.
• Ensure data security and compliance with healthcare regulations in all development work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Around 3 years of hands-on experience in software development, particularly with .NET technologies.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, and building RESTful Web APIs.
• Exposure to front-end development using Angular or React is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microservices concepts and experience working within service-based architectures.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure services such as App Services, Azure SQL, or Azure DevOps is preferred.
• Solid understanding of relational databases like SQL Server; exposure to NoSQL databases is a bonus.
• Experience with Git and basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Awareness of coding best practices related to security, scalability, and performance.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in healthcare technology, HL7/FHIR standards, or HIPAA-compliant system design.
• Exposure to AI/ML integration in enterprise applications.
