- Proven experience leading enterprise software implementations for investment management clients
- Deep knowledge of investment management workflows including front and back office
- Strong project management and cross-functional resource coordination skills
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Mavenlink, and Slack
- Familiarity with Agile principles and software development lifecycles
- Working knowledge of cloud concepts (AWS), APIs, and serverless architectures
- Ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance communications and productivity
- Willingness to travel domestically 25–50%
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer implementations of Ridgeline’s enterprise platform, owning delivery outcomes and accountability
- Define project scope, develop execution plans, allocate resources, and manage timelines and budgets
- Establish and maintain clear communication with customer stakeholders and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while fostering a problem-solving, collaborative culture
- Manage schedules and budgets with precision, balancing efficiency and adaptability
- Influence and build trusted relationships with senior client leadership and internal partners
- Step in hands-on as needed to resolve critical issues and ensure delivery excellence
- Leverage AI tools and modern collaboration platforms to improve project efficiency and communication
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant project management certification (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2) preferred
