Rigetti is great place to grow in a number of dimensions as a software engineer. You will be surrounded by talented mathematics and scientists. Their discipline is infectious and you will likewise be treated with respect if you bring a strong software skill set to bear on the company mission. This is not a place to come work if you want to be the star of the show or catch a rocket to the moon (quantum computing is a long term technology). But if you like to grow technically in a number of dimensions, this is a good place.Cons
