Technical Product Manager
Skills
- Deep technical fluency in architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices
- Hands-on experience with open source software communities or OSS-backed products
- Proven ability to lead and mentor balanced cross-functional teams
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops and alignment activities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with lean product methodologies and continuous delivery metrics
- Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
Responsibilities
- Translate complex DevSecOps, platform engineering, and digital transformation concepts into actionable product experiences and content
- Partner with open source communities and contributors to shape tooling, distribution, and integrations
- Drive continuous delivery of Mission OS assets (video series, workbook, marketing, live events) using lean product practices
- Define and evolve product vision and strategy with leadership, content creators, marketing, and government stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to extract insights and validate product direction
- Embed with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, content strategists, government partners) to model balanced-team practices
- Support client adoption of Mission OS principles as both a product leader and hands-on practitioner
- Measure outcomes, iterate using Improvement Kata and evidence from production
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- Or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
- U.S. citizenship (required for federal work)
