Responsibilities
- Orchestrate cross-team implementation of vertical features and horizontal capabilities to ensure architectural consistency across the Federal engineering team.
- Define technical strategy for agentic guardrails, explainability, and fleet orchestration.
- Design and oversee systems to ingest, normalize, and serve federal datasets supporting real-time decision-making.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and secure operation across multiple security classifications and network types.
- Mentor and guide engineers on requirement definition, stakeholder acceptance criteria, and implementation trade-offs.
- Communicate high-level technical trade-offs and implementation plans to senior government stakeholders and Scale leadership.
- Influence long-term product strategy and technical roadmap for the Federal business unit.
- Consult on architecture for AI-powered solutions in large-scale federal contracts and participate in technical proposal activities as needed.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) preferred but not required
