This role is for a Director of Business Strategy, supporting the SVP of the Customer Care organization. The position will focus on key project management to drive business initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering measurable results. The successful candidate has a wide range of experience and is able to use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $224,000 and $245,500. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
