Responsibilities
- Work closely with the in-house legal team on strategic initiatives and daily legal operations.
- Lead or contribute to AI implementation projects for contract review and workflow automation.
- Draft, review, and help implement sustainability and impact-related materials and commercial contracts.
- Serve as a legal ops resource to optimize, automate, and standardize contracting procedures and record keeping.
- Provide cross-functional legal support to Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product/Tech, and Operations.
- Conduct legal research, prepare memos, and assist with transactional matters and compliance tasks.
Education
- Rising 2L or 3L law student (as of Summer 2026) at a fully-accredited law school.
