Sia Title: Project Consultant (Exempt Contractor)
Duration: 9-month contract (through 12/31/2026)
Location: For contract roles, we are open to fully remote candidates within US; must be comfortable with some flex hours for key meetings. We are also open to considering contract-to-hire candidates; however, they must be based in the Bay Area, Los Angeles, or New York City.
Project Hours: 40 hours per week
The expected compensation for this contract is $142,800 to $187,200 per year. The exact pay rate will vary depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to skills, experience, and location.

This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Engineering, and Data Science, owning end-to-end campaign execution with a strong emphasis on operational rigor and technical excellence.
