About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic, strategic, and creative Head of Marketing to lead all marketing functions at Solstice. You will shape our brand, scale our demand generation, and tell the story of transformative technology in a highly regulated industry. You’ll collaborate directly with the founding team to build a category-defining brand and define our go-to-market motions.
What You’ll Be Working On
Develop and execute the comprehensive marketing strategy for Solstice across all channels.
Lead brand positioning, content creation, communications, and digital marketing efforts to fuel client acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to tell our story, generate inbound demand, and educate the market on Solstice’s unique benefits.
Scale a world-class marketing team and build systems, analytics, and campaigns from the ground up.
Own marketing analytics and pipeline forecasting, tracking performance, conversion rates, and ROI.
Drive product and thought leadership initiatives through events, webinars, content, and PR.
Identify new opportunities and refine messaging to position Solstice as the leader in AI-driven pharmaceutical marketing.
Some Ideal Traits We’re Looking For
5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS—previous experience in healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or technology preferred.
Proven track record developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in fast-moving environments.
Strategic thinker with strong execution ability—you can see the big picture while driving hands-on results.
Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
Data-driven mindset and comfort with analytics and metrics.
Builder mentality and strong bias for action; you thrive in high-growth, ambiguous environments.
High integrity, strong work ethic, and deep curiosity about technology and its impact on regulated industries.
Bonus Points
Experience growing marketing functions at early-stage startups.
Familiarity with AI-assisted content tools, SaaS marketing, or brand-building in regulated industries.
Understanding of pharma/healthcare brand team workflows, MLR review, or content strategy.
