This is a high-visibility role reporting to the VP, Corporate and Employment Legal. The attorney in this role will work closely with cross-functional teams — including finance, accounting, tax, HR, stock administration, and procurement — to structure and negotiate agreements that drive innovation while managing risk. The targeted base compensation range is $200K–$250K + fixed bonus and strong stock grant. Individual total compensation will depend on the candidate's seniority and directly relevant experience. Executives are in-office; this attorney will be expected to join colleagues in the office to maximize success in the role.
