- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
- 1+ year of design and/or hands-on manufacturing experience (including internships or collegiate projects)
- Hands-on assembly and integration experience with mechanical systems
- Documentation and configuration management experience
- Ability to write and follow test plans and provide go/no-go decisions
- Comfort working with ambiguous requirements and minimal oversight
- Physical ability to work on feet for extended periods and in tight spaces
Responsibilities
- Manage integration build flow and day-to-day test operations
- Evaluate proposed designs for manufacturability and integration
- Interface with engineers and technicians to optimize manufacturing and automation
- Develop and refine manufacturing and assembly procedures based on lessons learned
- Execute and enable vehicle integration and test flow
- Investigate non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement actionable system improvements
- Write and execute test plans and provide go/no-go judgment and rationale
Education
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (required)
- Master's degree in an engineering discipline (preferred)
- ITAR eligibility: U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee, or ability to obtain required authorizations
