EAP Dedicated Management Consultant (Remote, TEMPORARY)

Spring Health is a clinically validated mental health benefits provider on a mission to eliminate barriers to mental healthcare for employees and their families. We are hiring a temporary, remotely based EAP Dedicated Management Consultant (5/20/26–9/24/26) to deliver high-quality management consultation, coordinate and deliver critical incident response, support HR and managers, and ensure appropriate clinical follow-up and documentation.

Skills

  • Independent clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist)
  • Experience delivering EAP services and critical incident response
  • Crisis assessment, safety planning, and SUD experience
  • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and clinical documentation systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to multitask, context-switch, and work a defined shift (10am–6pm ET Mon–Fri)

Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual management consultation to HR, managers, and employees to enhance workplace wellbeing and effectiveness
  • Coordinate and deliver critical incident response requests and virtual critical incident services
  • Complete management referral intakes and ensure appropriate placement of referred employees
  • Work incoming queue shifts, meeting speed-to-answer and SLA requirements
  • Conduct follow-up to monitor employee compliance and provide feedback to supervisors and HR
  • Confirm necessary releases and documentation to coordinate care with providers and HR
  • Perform limited after-care monitoring, safety planning, risk assessment, and crisis triage
  • Act as subject matter expert on customer benefits ecosystems and provide appropriate referrals
  • Maintain accurate, compliant clinical and risk-management documentation

Education

  • Independent licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or licensed Psychologist
  • Relevant clinical graduate degree (MSW, MEd, MA, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent)
