Stratas Foods LLC is the leading supplier of fats and oils to the Foodservice, Food Ingredients and Retail Private Label markets in North America and is a producer of quality bulk and packaged dressings, mayonnaise and sauces. Stratas Foods was formed in October 2008 as a 50/50 joint venture between ACH Food Companies (ACH) and Archer Daniels Midland (ADM).

As a key member of the Information Strategy team, the Infor M3 Developer designs, develops, and supports integrations, extensions, and data solutions that enable core food manufacturing and supply chain operations. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and ERP team members to translate requirements into reliable applications, integrations, and business intelligence solutions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements & Analysis

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business and operational requirements
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications aligned with Infor M3 processes and data structures

Infor M3 Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Infor M3 extensions, APIs, MI programs, and integrations
• Support enhancements to existing M3 functionality
• Assist with Infor M3 updates as needed

Integrations & Data

• Build and support integrations between Infor M3 and internal or third-party systems using M3 APIs, MI programs, Infor ION, and interface frameworks
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures supporting ERP data needs
• Develop and support ETL processes and data extracts

Business Intelligence & Analytics

• Develop and maintain ERP-related business intelligence, leveraging the Infor M3 Data Lake
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability for finance, manufacturing, quality, sales, and supply chain reporting

Testing, Support & Collaboration

• Perform unit, integration, and regression testing for M3 enhancements and integrations
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for M3-related applications and integrations
• Work collaboratively with ERP resources, developers, QA, and business users to deliver enhancements while managing multiple priorities

Documentation

• Maintain technical documentation including extension designs, integration mappings, data flows, and relevant configuration impacts

Other Duties

• Support additional ERP and information strategy initiatives as business needs evolve

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience developing applications, integrations, or data solutions
• Hands‑on experience supporting Infor M3 ERP
• Experience with:
  • Infor M3 APIs and MI programs
  • Infor M3 Extensions
  • Infor M3 H5 SDK
  • Infor ION
• Strong Java, JavaScript, SQL, and working knowledge of XML, JSON, and HTML
• Experience supporting data integrations and ETL processes
• Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems
• Ability to analyze business requirements and develop ERP-aligned technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications (CloudSuite M3 / Food Manufacturing)

• Experience working in food, beverage, or process manufacturing environments
• Understanding of manufacturing, quality, and supply chain ERP processes
• Experience with Infor Data Lake, ERP reporting, or analytics platforms
• Exposure to ERP upgrades, migrations, or system enhancements

Physical: Typical activities may include prolonged periods of sitting or standing, using a computer, and occasional movement within the workplace. May require lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.
