Responsibilities
- Build and manage a high-volume pipeline of acquisition targets and track opportunities through each stage
- Partner with internal/external scouts and support outbound outreach and marketing to generate deal flow
- Analyze target financials and KPIs to support valuation, offer structure, and investment summaries
- Manage deal execution from initial evaluation through close, coordinating with brokers, sellers, and legal
- Lead post-close integration and store launch activities including branding, systems setup, and operational handoff
- Track acquisition metrics and KPIs and continuously improve processes to increase speed and efficiency
- Drive accountability across timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
- Equivalent practical experience considered in lieu of degree
