Truthfully, I can’t really think of any cons. Maybe too much “required monthly trainings (eg: HR, safety, etc)… but that’s probably universal across other companies within the same sector.Produce clear, concise operational documentation and training materials that enable non-technical and technical staff to operate and maintain mission-critical data center systems.
