Tessera Labs is redefining how enterprises modernize their most complex systems. Backed by Foundation Capital and built by leaders in AI and enterprise transformation, Tessera delivers governed, multi-agent AI built specifically for ERP modernization.
Tessera compresses ERP modernization from years to weeks. Our platform accelerates data harmonization, remediates and optimizes legacy code, orchestrates workflows across ERP, CRM, and Finance stacks, and safeguards mission-critical operations with audit-ready governance.
Our mission: Modernize global enterprises safely, automatically, and at unprecedented speed. We move fast, own outcomes end-to-end, and build at the frontier of applied AI for large-scale transformation.
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) with deep, hands-on Oracle expertise to lead our most strategic customer implementations. In this role, you are not just a project scheduler — you are the project leader ensuring Tessera's multi-agent AI solutions are integrated predictably, safely, and successfully into complex Oracle landscapes. You will serve as the critical bridge between Tessera's cutting-edge AI agents and the intricate reality of enterprise systems like Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Fusion.
You must be able to speak fluently with a customer's Oracle DBA team, Solution Architects, and business process owners, translating their concerns into requirements for Tessera's AI and engineering teams. Your deep understanding of Oracle will allow you to provide technical guidance during issue resolution, support architecture discussions, and ensure teams stay aligned on what is required and what is technically feasible.
The ideal candidate has spent years delivering Oracle transformation programs within System Integrator environments or large enterprises and is now excited to apply AI to accelerate what they already know so well.
Oracle-Focused Technical Program Leadership
Own end-to-end delivery of multi-agent AI modernization programs, ensuring seamless integration with Oracle EBS/Cloud Fusion and surrounding enterprise systems.
Leverage your deep Oracle knowledge to anticipate technical friction points related to data structures, custom code (PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher), and process orchestration.
Lead a cross-functional delivery pod (Forward-Deployed Engineers, Data Engineers) through the complexities of Oracle landscapes.
Technical Communication & Stakeholder Alignment
Act as the primary technical interpreter between customer Oracle technical teams (DBAs, Architects, Developers) and Tessera's AI/product organizations.
Lead discovery workshops, using your Oracle fluency to map complex system landscapes, data flows, and integration points to Tessera's agentic capabilities.
Articulate technical trade-offs and implementation plans to both CIO-level executives and Oracle technical leads.
Execution Management in Complex Landscapes
Drive Agile delivery within the constraints of enterprise change management and Oracle's AIM/OUM methodology or similar.
Anticipate risks related to custom code remediation, data harmonization, and cross-system dependencies; create clear mitigation plans rooted in technical reality.
Enterprise-Grade Governance & Deployment
Ensure all delivery meets rigorous enterprise standards for security, compliance, auditability, and Oracle-specific change governance (e.g., patch management, environment promotion, SOD controls).
Oversee technical prerequisites for integration across enterprise systems, with a primary focus on Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud Fusion, and OIC.
Customer Engagement & Escalation
Serve as the primary technical operations contact during onboarding and implementation.
Manage technical escalations from customer IT teams, coordinating engineering responses with clear, timely communication and a deep understanding of the underlying Oracle issues.
Startup Mindset & Extreme Ownership
Operate in a high-velocity environment, bringing structure and clarity to complex, ambiguous customer challenges.
Travel to customer sites for workshops, solution design, and program oversight.
Deep Oracle Expertise: 4–6+ years of experience managing or leading the technical delivery of multiple Oracle projects (EBS R12, Oracle Cloud Fusion). You understand the backend — modules, data models, integration points, and the complexities of real-world Oracle landscapes.
Technical Program Delivery: Proven experience in technical program management or engineering program delivery within enterprise environments.
Technical Communication: Ability to read, understand, and explain Oracle technical concepts, system constraints, and data models to both engineering teams and business stakeholders.
Structured Execution: Strong command of Agile methodologies and experience orchestrating cross-functional delivery with large-scale technical dependencies.
System Integrator or Consulting Background: Experience working within a top-tier SI (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, IBM) or managing complex programs on the client side.
AI / ML Exposure: Experience delivering programs involving ML/AI or a strong interest in understanding LLMs and multi-agent AI orchestration.
Enterprise Systems Breadth: Familiarity with integrating Oracle with other enterprise platforms (Salesforce, MuleSoft/OIC, Snowflake, Workday).
Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, Oracle Cloud Implementation Specialist, or SAFe certification is a plus, but real-world Oracle delivery experience is paramount.
Balance deep Oracle engineering knowledge with program structure and executive communication.
Operate with extreme ownership and a bias for clarity and action.
Thrive in ambiguity; use your experience to create structure where none exists.
Adapt quickly, simplify complexity, and drive alignment between cutting-edge AI and established enterprise systems.
