Think Together is seeking an IT Intern to assist in inventory management and IT operations at their Santa Ana headquarters. This role is ideal for undergraduate students interested in gaining practical experience in a nonprofit setting.
Responsibilities: Assist with inventory tagging, device check-in/check-out processes, physical inventory audits, and hardware decommissioning, while collaborating with IT and Helpdesk teams.
Skills: Knowledge of IT asset management software, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and strong attention to detail are required.
Qualifications: Candidates must be rising juniors or seniors in college, preferably studying Information Technology or Computer Science, with a passion for education and nonprofit work.
Location: In-person role at Think Together’s Santa Ana headquarters, with potential local travel for school site events.

Interns will be placed with a department in Think Together’s Home Office based on their academic background, professional skills, interests, and goals. Under the mentorship of designated staff members, interns will work both independently and collaboratively with their departments on projects that support Think Together’s mission and operations. Interns will gain a broad understanding of how a particular department functions within the context of a large nonprofit organization and will develop skills and knowledge related to their academic and professional goals. Interns will also have opportunities to attend regular staff speaker series and professional development sessions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree in progress – Candidates must be at least a rising junior or senior in college, having completed at least 2 years of undergraduate coursework preferably with coursework in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Strong attention to detail and and ability to follow structured processes• Desire to work collaboratively, with an openness to feedback and desire to grow professionally • Passion and enthusiasm for education, nonprofit administration, and/or community service.
• Interest in IT operations, hardware systems, or nonprofit technology support. COMPUTER SKILLS:
