Timmons Group is seeking a Land Development Practice Leader to lead, grow, and shape our Land Development presence in the Washington, DC market. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an entrepreneurial engineer who wants to build an office, develop talent, and drive business growth, while remaining connected to technical excellence and client delivery.
This role is ideal for a proven seller–doer and people leader who is energized by building relationships, winning work, and creating a high-performing engineering team. You will have meaningful influence over strategy, staffing, culture, and client engagement while partnering with firm leadership to expand our footprint in a competitive and dynamic market.
As the Land Development Practice Leader, you will serve as both a business leader and technical authority, with responsibility for growing the practice and mentoring the next generation of engineers.
