- Ability to work remote - Work/Life Balance - Feedback is considered and acted upon - Best sales team I've been a part of - Collaborative - Pay structure I have seven years of experience in an extremely cutthroat industry. Honestly, if I had been writing this review in 2023, I would have had a longer list. There were a lot of areas of opportunity when I started at Torch - pay structure, the way that feedback was ingested and implemented, team dynamics, etc. Management put a huge focus on hearing us out and implementing that feedback, 2024 has been a completely different ball game.
