Senior Product Manager - Identity & Eligibility

Transcarent is a consumer-focused health and care platform combining medical, pharmacy, and point solutions with generative AI-powered navigation. We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager for Identity & Eligibility to own roadmap and strategy for the foundational systems that determine access, verification, and benefits eligibility across members, dependents, clients, and clinical staff.

Skills

  • Product management for platform/identity/infrastructure products
  • Deep familiarity with identity and access management (SSO, OAuth, member matching)
  • Experience with eligibility and benefits file processing
  • Strong data fluency and metrics instrumentation
  • Healthcare or benefits domain knowledge
  • Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, security, clinical ops, and client success
  • Security and consent-aware product design
  • Experience designing internal tooling and operational workflows
  • Ability to define SLAs and reliability targets

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product roadmap for identity, authentication, and eligibility across member and client workflows
  • Define and simplify data models for member eligibility, benefits coverage, and account relationships
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to build real-time, reliable eligibility determination
  • Balance low-friction user access with necessary security and compliance controls
  • Build internal tooling for client success, operations, and clinical teams to self-serve eligibility and troubleshooting
  • Set and track reliability, accuracy, and latency targets for eligibility systems
  • Monitor key metrics across enrollment funnels, eligibility match rates, and access failures
  • Design access, authentication, consent patterns for web, mobile, live care channels and non-human agents
  • Collaborate with AI, security, and clinical teams to enable safe automated interactions with sensitive health data

Education

  • BA/BS in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Advanced degree (MS/MBA) preferred but not required
  • Relevant certifications in product, security, or data are a plus
