Consulting Commercial Leader, Life Sciences and Environmental Health & Safety

Triumvirate Environmental is a large integrated environmental services firm serving life sciences, healthcare, higher education, and advanced manufacturing. We are hiring a senior Consulting Commercial Leader to win and oversee multi-site, multi-disciplinary consulting engagements, grow a personal book of business (~$3M target), and scale enterprise-level circularity, EHS, and operational excellence programs.

Skills

Proven business development and client management skills in life sciences or EHS consulting
Deep technical experience in two or more areas such as industrial hygiene, process safety, Lean/Six Sigma, or environmental compliance
Ability to design and execute multi-site, multi-year programs with quantified savings and measurable outcomes
Strong project and engagement financial management skills
Executive-level communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

Build and manage a personal consulting book targeting $3M+ annual revenue through new business and account expansion
Oversee delivery of complex, multi-site consulting engagements (EHS, operational excellence, industrial hygiene, permitting, circularity)
Scope, price, and propose multi-year programs with clear ROI and payback for clients and Triumvirate
Manage engagement economics: staffing, utilization, scope control, and margin performance
Develop trusted advisor relationships with VP/C-level EHS, operations, quality, and facilities leaders
Collaborate with embedded field sales and account teams to convert on-site intelligence into consulting opportunities
Recruit, mentor, and develop consulting staff and contribute to standardized methodologies and templates
Represent the company at industry events and contribute thought leadership via publications and presentations

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, chemistry, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Advanced degree (MS/MBA) preferred but not required
