  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Provide accurate information about retirement and insurance products offered by the company.
  • Assist clients in understanding their policy details and coverage options.
  • Maintain detailed and organized client records within the company database.
  • Collaborate with insurance agents and financial advisors to resolve client issues.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing concerns.
  • Educate clients about the keys to a successful retirement and potential strategy improvements.
  • Support administrative tasks including processing applications and handling documentation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly and patiently to clients.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in using customer management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Problem-solving skills and a client-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn about insurance products and retirement planning strategies.
