Customer Support Specialist ADF Medical Services Inc.

We're hiring a passionate and professional Customer Support Specialist to deliver outstanding service to our patients and clients. If you're a problem solver with a caring attitude and strong communication skills — we'd love to have you on our team.

Role: Customer Support Specialist

Department: Customer Support & Patient Services

Location: Remote / On-Site

Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from patients and clients
  • Provide accurate and timely information on services, appointments, and billing
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Document all interactions accurately in our CRM and support systems
  • Follow up with patients and clients to ensure full issue resolution
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address complex inquiries
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and performance KPIs
