Positive outlook

Pros

This studio took a chance on me, hiring me directly out of school. I’ve been here 5 years since and I’m still happy here.

Cons

As a studio just finding its footing, it’s had a rough go at finding “The One” game that helps make Velan a household name. Obviously not for a lack of trying, but this lack of true successful has had it’s effects trickle down resulting in past rounds of layoffs, condensing, etc.
