Customer Success Architect (Identity Lifecycle Management)

Veza is an identity security company helping enterprises manage and visualize access across cloud, on-prem, and SaaS environments. The Customer Success Architect (Identity Lifecycle Management) will drive customer adoption and time-to-value by owning lifecycle deployments, developing standardized workflows and playbooks, and partnering closely with product, sales, and support to align identity lifecycle processes with customer security outcomes.

Skills

  • Deep knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts and lifecycle processes
  • Experience managing enterprise customer-facing lifecycle deployments
  • Familiarity with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Experience with identity providers (Okta, AzureAD, Google, Active Directory)
  • Working knowledge of enterprise SaaS platforms and common data platforms
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into repeatable deployment playbooks

Responsibilities

  • Own customer relationship across the entire lifecycle from kickoff and deployment through growth and renewal
  • Coordinate onboarding, implementation, integration, and consulting services to accelerate customer time-to-value
  • Act as subject matter expert for Lifecycle Management product and develop standardized workflows, playbooks, and deployment patterns
  • Capture and relay customer feedback to the product team to influence the product roadmap
  • Partner with product, sales, and support to align Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) processes and broader company goals
  • Provide technical guidance on identity and access management across cloud, on-prem, and SaaS systems
  • Support customers’ security stakeholders, including CISOs, on architecture and implementation decisions

Education

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
