Responsibilities: Responsibilities include providing training to clients, maintaining project documentation, escalating roadblocks, and facilitating presentations.
Skills: Effective verbal and nonverbal communication skills, proficiency with educational software, and training experience with adult learners are required.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree and experience in educational software or web-based applications are required; familiarity with K12 or higher education is preferred.
Location: The preferred location is Austin, TX, but highly qualified remote candidates will also be considered.
Compensation: $65000 - $70000 / Annually

About the Role
The Associate Product Consultant plays a central role in guiding clients through software training, from system resource configuration to best-practice guidance. An Associate Product Consultant is the consummate trainer and teacher, whose position requires them to engage campus stakeholders with expert knowledge, strong communication, and effective, dynamic training. As a new team member in an associate-level position, this person must be a self-starter, a skilled listener, and ready to take control of their own learning.
