We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer focused on Salesforce Sales Cloud and the Force.com platform to serve as a senior, hands‑on technical leader with architectural ownership for Salesforce solutions at Wellington Management. This role sits within Wellington’s Client Platform Technology group, which is responsible for building and evolving platforms that support client engagement and distribution capabilities across the firm. The position aligns to a senior / lead individual contributor level within Wellington’s engineering career framework, emphasizing technical depth, platform stewardship, and influence rather than people management. The role partners closely with established lead architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality Salesforce solutions that support Wellington’s global client and distribution capabilities.
This is a hybrid role and may be based in any Wellington Management office location, working collaboratively with teams around the world.

The base salary range for this position is:
USD 120,000 - 225,000This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.
Base salary is only one component of Wellington’s total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
