The ideal candidate will have deep CRM expertise and a proven ability to align business needs with technical solutions, as well as extensive experience gathering requirements, creating user stories in Jira, and designing process models to improve business operations and customer experience. The successful candidate will be a certified Business Analyst, skilled in managing complex business requirements, creating detailed documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other key stakeholders to define business requirements, create user stories, and support the development process with detailed flow and process diagrams. As a Senior BA, you will be expected to drive solutions that enhance the overall digital experience for our customers and support our mission to make travel accessible and educational.
Business Requirements Gathering:
Work with business stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service) to identify, document, and prioritize requirements related to CRM capabilities.
Solution Design:
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, focusing on CRM solutions and integrations with third-party tools.
Platform Expertise:
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for platform features, workflows, and capabilities, ensuring solutions align with industry best practices.
Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the primary liaison between business teams and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Leadership:
Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring timely delivery of enhancements.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Define and execute test cases for new features and integrations. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
Change Management:
Collaborate with business leaders and training teams to ensure smooth adoption of new platform capabilities.
Continuous Improvement:
Analyze system performance and user feedback to identify areas for optimization and process improvement.
