Customer Success Engineer

Wrike is a leading work management platform helping teams collaborate and streamline work in a single location. We are seeking a Customer Success Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, driving product adoption, integrations, automation, and workflow optimization to deliver measurable business value.

Skills

  • Proven experience building and supporting integrations between platforms and APIs.
  • Hands-on technical problem-solving skills with familiarity in data engineering concepts.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills for customer-facing meetings and workshops.
  • Experience designing and optimizing workflows, automation, and adoption programs.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple customer initiatives concurrently.
  • Customer-first mindset with ability to translate business goals into technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies (AI tools, automation frameworks, agentic workflows).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical expert on Wrike’s platform for large and enterprise customers.
  • Provide advanced guidance on workflow configuration, automation, and integrations.
  • Deliver training, workshops, and best-practice enablement to accelerate adoption.
  • Identify workflow gaps and translate them into actionable strategic plans.
  • Partner with account and success teams to drive retention, growth, and outcomes.
  • Manage complex customer engagements and act as escalation lead for technical issues.
  • Present solutions and influence stakeholders, including senior leadership and C-suite.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Relevant technical certifications or coursework in integrations, APIs, or data technologies a plus.
