Travel + Leisure is seeking a dynamic brand champion to elevate our globally recognized brands. The Brand Strategy team has an opening for a Director, Brand Management Luxury Enterprise T&M  that will be responsible for bringing our brand stories to life and shaping the way consumers experience our brands.

The Director, Brand Management will play a pivotal role in defining and elevating the Travel + Leisure Co. brand portfolio on a global scale. This leader will oversee brand strategy and activation for our enterprise brand, luxury vacation club brands, and travel & membership business. The Director will be responsible for building distinctive brands that thrive across multi-channel touchpoints including digital and physical environments.

This role will report to the SVP Brand Strategy and lead a team of dedicated brand managers based in the US and internationally. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in communications, digital marketing, sales and operations to ensure every brand expresses a cohesive, modern identity that drives engagement, loyalty, and growth.

Previous experience managing premium or luxury brands, ideally within hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors is a must. Candidate would have strong executive presence and demonstrated success in developing global brand strategies and executing integrated marketing programs that build equity and drive business results.

How You'll Shine:

Brand Leadership & Strategy

  • Establish and execute the brand management strategy for the Travel + Leisure Co. enterprise brand, global luxury brands, and travel & membership business.
  • Define brand value propositions, customer experience principles, and brand promises; ensure consistent expression across all digital, physical, and experiential touchpoints.
  • Own and manage brand strategies, personas, and guidelines, ensuring they remain current, actionable, and embedded across the organization.
  • Direct the development, execution, and measurement of high-impact brand marketing, including:
    • Strategic brand marketing plans
    • Brand voice, tone, and campaign activation
    • Brand messaging, advertising, photography, and visual identity guidelines
    • Integrated marketing across direct, digital, CRM, website, and content
    • 3D brand experiences in physical environments—resorts, sales centers, member experiences, and event activations
  • Serve as a cross-functional leader, leveraging internal and external expertise to ensure strategic alignment and excellence in brand execution.
  • Utilize research, insights, and trend analysis to drive innovative brand strategies that support business objectives and elevate brand relevance globally.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of brand managers responsible for developing and delivering brand experiences from concept through execution.
  • Build, scale, and structure the team with the right mix of talent, skills, and perspectives to fuel innovation and performance.
  • Identify team strengths, create individual development plans, and foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous growth.
  • Set clear, measurable goals and KPIs tied to critical business objectives and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Identify, manage, and optimize relationships with external agencies, consultants, and business affiliates to advance brand strategy and execution.

Internal & External Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a mentor, culture-builder, and trusted partner across divisions, effectively influencing and aligning senior stakeholders.
  • Work closely with business, product, operations, and marketing leaders to socialize and operationalize brand strategies throughout the organization.
  • Ensure brand strategies are integrated into planning, product development, customer experience, and enterprise initiatives to create brand ambassadors at all levels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management, internal business partners, and external brand partners.

Budgeting & Performance Management

  • Develop annual brand marketing budgets and allocate resources across programs based on strategic priorities.
  • Maintain ongoing budget tracking, reporting, and optimization throughout the fiscal year.
  • Own KPI development, measurement, and reporting for campaigns, brand performance, departmental output, and team goals.
  • Partner with Consumer Insights, Reporting & Analytics, Finance, and cross-functional teams to maintain scorecards and reporting processes.
  • Monitor and report on industry, market, competitor, and customer trends to inform brand positioning and strategic decisions.

Travel Requirements

  • Some travel required, including international. Approximately 15% of time

What You'll Bring:

  • BA in Marketing, Communications or related field. MBA preferred
  • Visionary brand thinker with a passion for creativity, storytelling, and design.
  • Knowledge of marketing, all forms of advertising, content, digital and physical experiences.
  • Expert understanding of branding practices and structure; ability to identify key drivers in the marketplace.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading and developing diverse teams.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization and key external partners.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to all levels throughout organization.
  • Data-driven and insight-led decision maker with a strong grasp of digital ecosystems and brand performance metrics.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on to bring ideas from concept to execution.
  • Ability to gracefully handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, enterprise communication and budgeting systems
  • Familiarity with marketing technology, analytics and insights tools, creative collaboration software, project management tools
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in brand management or global brand marketing leadership.
  • 5+ years people management experience.
  • Proven experience managing premium or luxury brands, ideally within hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in developing global brand strategies and executing integrated marketing programs that build equity and drive business results.

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
