We’re helping our client find a driven and creative Creator & Influencer Specialist to own and grow their influencer marketing program from end to end. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating partnerships with creators and influencers across social platforms, managing platform tools like ShopMy, and ensuring all campaigns are executed with precision from first outreach through content approval and distribution while contributing to the growth and effectiveness of the overall creator program.

Must-Have:
• 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or a closely related role.
• Hands-on experience with influencer or affiliate platforms such as ShopMy, LTK, AspireIQ, Grin, or similar tools.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages and proposals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly around contracts, timelines, and content approvals.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) and the creator landscape.
• Familiarity with FTC endorsement guidelines and standard influencer marketing legal requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and creator relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience working cross-functionally with paid social, social media, and creative teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Notion, or equivalent.
• Experience with creator whitelisting and paid social amplification strategies.
• Background in e-commerce, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
• Existing relationships with creators or talent agencies is a plus.
