Job Overview:

We’re helping our client find a driven and creative Creator & Influencer Specialist to own and grow their influencer marketing program from end to end. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating partnerships with creators and influencers across social platforms, managing platform tools like ShopMy, and ensuring all campaigns are executed with precision from first outreach through content approval and distribution while contributing to the growth and effectiveness of the overall creator program.

Responsibilities:

Platform & Program Management

  • Own day-to-day management of influencer affiliate and collaboration platforms, including ShopMy, LTK, and similar tools.
  • Maintain and optimize creator storefronts, product links, commission structures, and platform settings.
  • Track platform performance metrics and generate regular reports on clicks, conversions, and revenue attributed to creator partnerships.
  • Stay current on platform updates, features, and best practices to maximize program effectiveness.

Creator Sourcing & Outreach

  • Identify, research, and vet potential creator and influencer partners aligned with brand values, target audience, and campaign goals.
  • Conduct personalized outreach via email, DMs, and platforms to initiate and develop creator relationships.
  • Build and maintain a tiered roster of creators spanning nano, micro, macro, and macro-plus tiers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant channels.
  • Manage an active pipeline of prospective partners using a CRM or internal tracking system.

Proposals & Contracting

  • Draft clear, compelling partnership proposals tailored to individual creators, including deliverable scopes, timelines, and compensation structures.
  • Negotiate partnership terms including rates, usage rights, exclusivity clauses, and posting schedules.
  • Ensure fully executed contracts and agreements are on file for every active creator partnership, maintaining an organized and auditable records system.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with brand policies and FTC disclosure guidelines.

Content Review & Approval

  • Brief creators thoroughly on campaign objectives, brand guidelines, messaging, and content requirements prior to production.
  • Review all creator-submitted content for brand alignment, accuracy, legal compliance, and quality standards before publication.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to creators and manage revision rounds to ensure final deliverables meet expectations.
  • Maintain organized content libraries with final approved assets, usage rights documentation, and expiration dates.

Content Distribution & Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the social media team to share approved organic creator content for repurposing and posting across brand channels.
  • Partner with the paid social and advertising team to identify high-performing or strategically valuable creator content for use in paid amplification and whitelisting campaigns.
  • Provide clear asset handoffs with relevant context (usage rights, creator handles, campaign details) to internal teams.
  • Communicate usage rights timelines and expirations to ensure compliant paid promotion.

Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all active creator partners, maintaining responsive and professional communication.
  • Build long-term relationships that evolve creators from one-off partners into brand ambassadors.
  • Plan and execute creator engagement touchpoints such as gifting, event invitations, and exclusive previews.
  • Resolve partnership issues, disputes, or content challenges in a timely and professional manner.

Campaign Strategy & Analysis

  • Contribute to the development of influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Set measurable KPIs for each partnership and track performance against goals including reach, engagement, conversions, and earned media value (EMV).
  • Prepare post-campaign reports with insights, learnings, and recommendations for future activations.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor influencer strategies, and emerging creator talent to keep the program innovative and competitive.

Must-Have:
• 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or a closely related role.
• Hands-on experience with influencer or affiliate platforms such as ShopMy, LTK, AspireIQ, Grin, or similar tools.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages and proposals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly around contracts, timelines, and content approvals.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) and the creator landscape.
• Familiarity with FTC endorsement guidelines and standard influencer marketing legal requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and creator relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have:
• Experience working cross-functionally with paid social, social media, and creative teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Notion, or equivalent.
• Experience with creator whitelisting and paid social amplification strategies.
• Background in e-commerce, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
• Existing relationships with creators or talent agencies is a plus.
