Revenue Operations Analyst II

Affirm is a consumer finance company focused on honest, transparent credit and buy-now-pay-later solutions. The Revenue Operations team seeks a data-driven, process-oriented analyst to design and optimize top-of-funnel lifecycle, automation, and tooling to make lead and account entry predictable, clean, and scalable across Marketing, Business Development, and early Sales.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM process design
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort with BI/reporting tools
  • Experience with lead lifecycle, routing, scoring, and attribution frameworks
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, HubSpot) and lead enrichment tools
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and deliver cross-functional projects

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize merchant top-of-funnel lifecycle processes from marketing touch to discovery handoff with emphasis on automation and data quality
  • Define and own lead routing logic, automation triggers, and lifecycle dependencies; coordinate implementation with Business Systems
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, aligning Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Legal, Analytics and other stakeholders
  • Support attribution tracking and funnel conversion analysis to surface actionable insights for Marketing, BDA, and early funnel teams
  • Build and maintain workflow automations (Slack alerts, cross-tool workflows, process triggers) to speed lead response and reduce manual tasks
  • Collaborate with Business Systems to improve Salesforce and adjacent GTM tooling and ensure data integrity at funnel entry
  • Partner with Revenue Enablement to train and support revenue teams on process and tooling changes

Education

  • BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required
