Job Description: We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about our products and services. This role is essential in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Assist customers with orders, returns, billing, and account issues
  • Resolve complaints and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Document all customer interactions and update records in the system
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

 

Qualifications

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
