- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and schedules
- Coordinate project activities and ensure resources are allocated effectively
- Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders
- Facilitate communication between project team members and external parties
- Manage project documentation including meeting minutes, contracts, and reports
- Identify and escalate project risks and issues in a timely manner
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
