Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our team and play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our organization's public image. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in media communications, possess excellent interpersonal and writing skills, and be adept at crafting persuasive messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials
- Maintain and build relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers
- Coordinate and assist in organizing press conferences, events, and public appearances
- Monitor media coverage and report on public perception and engagement
- Assist in managing and updating social media accounts with engaging content
- Support senior PR staff in crisis communication and reputation management
