Responsibilities
- Define and own the roadmap for deployment management systems, translating operational needs into technical specifications and driving engineering execution.
- Architect end-to-end solutions that combine people, process, and technology for global inventory, asset tracking, predictive maintenance, and reverse logistics.
- Drive enterprise adoption of deployment software and close the feedback loop between field users and engineering teams.
- Design standardized deployment playbooks and measurement frameworks to surface leading indicators of mission success and reduce asset downtime.
- Lead cross-functional implementation of complex operational programs, coordinating Product, Engineering, Growth, Business Development, Technical Ops, and Mission Ops.
- Establish centralized knowledge management as the single source of truth for distributed field teams.
- Present strategy and influence senior leadership decisions on deployment infrastructure, resourcing, and investments; build business cases and ROI justifications.
- Lead post-mission retrospectives and convert lessons learned into systemic, scalable improvements.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Advanced degree (e.g., MS/MBA) is a plus but not required
