- Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance (must be able to maintain)
- 3+ years of software development experience with languages such as Python, C++, Java, Rust, Go, or JavaScript
- Experience with CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, CircleCI, FluxCD, JFrog Artifactory, Git
- Proficiency with IaC: Terraform and Ansible
- Experience with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, and/or GCP
- Containerization and orchestration: Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with model management tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, or equivalent
- Monitoring and logging experience: ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Vector, Loki
- Ability to read and navigate complex codebases and systems quickly
- Customer-focused mindset with pragmatic engineering tradeoffs
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI, GitHub Actions, FluxCD, JFrog) for software and ML models
- Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible across cloud providers
- Containerize applications and manage orchestration with Kubernetes
- Set up and operate model registries and deployment pipelines (MLflow, Kubeflow) for batch and real-time inference
- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability (ELK, Prometheus, Vector, Loki, Grafana)
- Collaborate with software, data science, operations, hardware, and test teams to integrate systems end-to-end
- Ensure production stability, scalability, and security best practices for deployments
- Work directly with customers to deploy, troubleshoot, and iterate on systems in the field
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent experience
- Strong engineering foundation from industry experience or academic training
