- 1-3 years of full-stack software development experience
- Proven ability to onboard and contribute to large, complex codebases quickly
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React or Angular) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Backend development experience and familiarity with relational databases (SQL/SQL Server)
- Strong debugging, testing, and production troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD, and containerization concepts
- Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance (must possess and maintain)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack features spanning front-end (React/Angular) and back-end services.
- Maintain, refactor, and optimize existing mission-critical systems for performance and reliability.
- Implement and optimize database interactions and schema (e.g., SQL Server), including query tuning and stored procedures.
- Perform code reviews, follow software best practices, and maintain CI/CD and version control processes.
- Rapidly triage production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement durable fixes under tight timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, operations) to deliver features that meet operational requirements.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related STEM field, or equivalent industry experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance (already required)
