Responsibilities
- Translate functional plans into actionable processes and allocate resources to deliver the VMS roadmap on schedule and budget
- Lead architecture, design, and delivery of complex hardware-software flight systems and ensure alignment with system requirements
- Drive problem solving and innovation on ambiguous, high-impact technical challenges from simulation to flight
- Collaborate cross-functionally with GNC, Avionics, Systems, and Hardware leads and external stakeholders to remove blockers and align priorities
- Recruit, mentor, and develop software and robotics engineering talent to build a high-performing team discipline
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Master's degree in relevant field preferred but not required
