Skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing product components and infrastructure
- Experience at the interface of hardware, software, and networking in unstructured environments
- Understanding of flight operations, aircraft systems, and sensors
- Ability to climb towers and perform tower-structure preventative maintenance
- Experience with power systems (generators, solar) and hydraulic systems
- Ability and willingness to work with energetic material (warheads)
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 75%) including OCONUS
- Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Top Secret/Secret clearance
Responsibilities
- Deploy and support Anduril products in domestic and OCONUS environments, including early-stage systems
- Perform field maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across hardware, software, and networking domains
- Provide customer field support and end-user training on system employment and troubleshooting
- Communicate field issue status to internal teams and customers; recommend product improvements to engineering
- Develop and implement operational and logistical plans for events and deployments
- Maintain high availability and performance of deployed defense systems
- Perform incident response and conduct root-cause analyses (RCAs) and post-incident reviews
- Maintain and update support documentation, maintenance plans, and equipment inventories
Education
- Equivalent technical experience required; relevant technical degree preferred
- B.S. in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, computer science, or related field preferred
