- Highly organized with capacity to manage concurrent priorities
Responsibilities
- Own release lifecycle from planning through testing and deployment to ensure stable, on-time releases.
- Define and iterate quality gates, test strategies, and release metrics to elevate release quality.
- Coordinate across engineering, test & evaluation, and program management to remove blockers and drive execution.
- Establish prioritization and decision frameworks to cut through ambiguity and focus teams on critical path items.
- Continuously improve release processes, leveraging feedback and data to scale practices.
- Use program management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) to track progress, visualize metrics, and communicate transparently.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field preferred
- Equivalent technical experience accepted in lieu of formal degree
