Skills
- Proficiency in Python, Java and ASP.NET
- Experience with Angular, jQuery, HTML, JavaScript and Nodejs
- Familiarity with OSIsoft PI and IBM Maximo asset management
- Database experience (MySQL, SQL querying)
- Experience with R and Shiny for scientific apps
- Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (PyTorch) and ML techniques
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau) and dashboarding
- Version control with Git and deployment experience
- Algorithm development, data processing and data presentation
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain web applications and dashboards integrating OSIsoft PI and Maximo.
- Implement new code and refine/troubleshoot existing code across ASP.NET, Java, Python, Angular and related stacks.
- Create and deliver monthly demos and status reports to DTR/CUP leadership.
- Develop and apply statistical, machine learning and data-processing techniques for analytic solutions.
- Serve as application lead: produce roadmaps, schedules, SOPs, documentation and technical recommendations.
- Deploy applications, manage dependencies, perform backups, upgrades and apply security patches.
- Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, escalate as needed and train staff on tools and procedures.
- Develop R/Shiny or Python scientific applications and integrate with enterprise data sources.
- Generate and run queries and prepare data products for Quarterly Progress Reports and publications.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Coursera Machine Learning) are a plus
