Senior Salesforce Developer
Skills
- 7+ years Salesforce development with deep Apex and platform architecture experience
- Significant hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing (Revenue Cloud)
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware) and ERP systems like NetSuite
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience designing quote-to-cash, subscription, usage-based pricing, renewals and amendments
- Ability to operate under governor limits and optimize performance
Responsibilities
- Own technical health, architecture, performance, and scalability of the Salesforce platform
- Design and implement complex quote-to-cash workflows using Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing)
- Partner with admins, consultants, and cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Engineering)
- Establish development best practices, code quality standards, and CI/CD deployment processes
- Design and build Apex and Lightning Web Component solutions and refactor legacy code
- Design and maintain integrations with NetSuite, Marketo, Gainsight, Snowflake, Hightouch, and AWS services
- Support data pipelines, synchronization, and reliability across revenue systems
- Troubleshoot CPQ configurations, pricing logic, billing issues, and ensure revenue accuracy
- Document architecture, integrations, and governance; support audits and data policies
- Drive continuous improvements in developer velocity, reliability, and tooling adoption
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (required)
- Master’s degree is a plus
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I & II, CPQ Specialist, Billing Specialist)
