Skills
- Fluent Spanish and practical English (written and verbal)
- Customer-service oriented with strong communication skills
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and common collaboration platforms (Asana, Slack, Google Workspace)
- Basic project management and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity or willingness to learn HVAC/heat pump concepts and rebate processes
Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach, presentations, webinars, and meetings to socialize the Contractor Hub with contractor stakeholders.
- Create and translate onboarding and support materials, including videos, slide decks, social content, and brochures.
- Provide responsive contractor support via email, phone, and chatbot for enrollment, rebate applications, and troubleshooting.
- Serve as subject-matter resource on rebate eligibility, training reimbursements, and Hub functionality.
- Manage and update contractor records in HubSpot and contribute to reporting and KPI tracking (platform metrics, CSAT/NPS).
- Collaborate with internal teams (Digital Products, PMO, Partnerships, Finance) and external partners to improve contractor experience.
- Facilitate recurring project meetings and provide tailored project management assistance until project completion.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Relevant trade, technical training, or certifications (preferred)
